Newlands Property is pleased to have completed the re-letting of almost 30,000sq.ft of office space, at The Quadrant on Lancing Business Park in West Sussex.
The negotiations were undertaken following the main lessee’s lease coming to an end (who were not in occupation), having previously worked with them to introduce sub-tenants to each of the suites they held, Newlands were tasked in re-securing this space on new leases direct with the landlord.
The new leases have now been completed, with almost 15,000sq.ft of space now secured to the NHS.
Given the difficulties within the office market, this was an excellent result for our client, securing brand new leases, with no void periods incurred.
Rents have also been improved across all units at the building now, with the headline rents now reflecting £12.00sq.ft before service charge.
