Newlands is pleased to have just completed their third letting in St James Street, Brighton in as many weeks.
The popular street in Kemptown continues to attract a mix of different occupiers with two of the three lettings being food users, the most recent letting at 108 St James Street, will see a popular Brighton company open a further premises to compliment their other stores across Brighton & Hove.
London Road also sees Newlands compete a hat-trick of deals with the re-letting of the former Santander bank at 15-16 London Road, on a new 10 year lease, having also let the adjoining unit 14 London Road, Brighton to Surf’n’Fries.
