October has been a busy month at Newlands, with acquisitions, sales & lettings across East & West Sussex.
Lease deals have been completed in Aldwick Road Bognor, Montague Street Worthing, Carfax Horsham, with further lettings completed across central Brighton & Hove.
Acquisitions have been completed in Bond Street Brighton & North Road Brighton, with planning for 21x units granted on a building recently acquired in Staines and further planning submitted on another recent acquisition in Worthing, West Sussex. Planning was also secured on another site in Montague Street, Worthing
