Newlands is pleased to have just completed the letting of this newly built ground floor commercial unit in High Street, Bognor Regis, West Sussex.

The space was let for the full asking rental on a new FRI lease to Crimsham Farm Cic who will use the property to compliment their adult education projects and other community work.

Having initially acquired the building for our client when it was let to Store 21 with the expectation of future redevelopment of the property. This final commercial letting, with Taylor Rose Solicitors next door now completes the project for our client.
